VA4 - Bristow, VA

Acquired in 2005 as a fully developed data center, VA4 is located in Bristow, Virginia. The facility is divided among six computer rooms with an aggregate critical load of 9.6 MW. This facility is currently 100 percent leased.

ACC2 - Ashburn, VA

Completed in 2005, ACC2 is located at the Ashburn Corporate Center campus (ACC) in Northern Virginia. The facility has an aggregate critical load of 10.4 MW evenly divided between two computer rooms. The campus has multiple major fiber carriers on site and benefits from some of the country’s most competitive power rates. This facility is currently 100 percent leased.

ACC3 - Ashburn, VA

Completed in 2006, ACC3 is located at the Ashburn Corporate Center campus (ACC) in Northern Virginia. The facility has an aggregate critical load of 13.9 MW divided among four computer rooms; two computer rooms each with 3.9 MW of critical load and two computer rooms each with 2.6 MW of critical load. The campus has multiple major fiber carriers on site and benefits from some of the country’s most competitive power rates. This facility is currently 100 percent leased.

ACC4 - Ashburn, VA

One of the largest data centers in the United States and the prototypical model for our current and future development pipeline, ACC4 comprises of approximately 348,000 gross square feet with 171,000 raised square feet and 36.4 MW of critical load. The facility is located in the Ashburn Corporate Center campus (ACC) in Northern Virginia and was constructed in two phases of 18.2 MW of Critical Load each; Phase 1 was delivered in July 2007, with Phase 2 delivered in November 2007. Each Phase is divided into multiple computer rooms with either 2.275 MW or 1.1375 MW available depending on the client’s requirement. The campus has multiple major fiber carriers on site and benefits from some of the country’s most competitive power rates. This facility is currently 100 percent leased.

ACC5 - Ashburn, VA

One of the largest data centers in the United States, ACC5 is located at the Ashburn Corporate Center campus (ACC) in Northern Virginia. Designed to LEED standards, the facility is constructed in two phases of 18.2 MW of critical load each; Phase 1 was delivered in September 2009, with Phase 2 delivered in November 2010. Customers are able to lease one or multiple dedicated computer rooms each with independent redundancy and security. The campus has multiple major fiber carriers on site and benefits from some of the country's most competitive power rates. This facility is currently 100 percent leased.

ACC6 - Ashburn, VA

Located in the Ashburn Corporate Campus and designed to LEED standards, ACC6 comprises of approximately 262,000 gross square feet with 130,000 raised square feet and 26.0 MW of critical load. The facility is located in the Ashburn Corporate Center campus (ACC) in Northern Virginia and was constructed in two phases of 13.0 MW of Critical Load each; Phase 1 was delivered in September 2011, with Phase 2 delivered in December 2012. With its flexible and efficient design, customers are able to lease one or multiple dedicated computer rooms each with independent redundancy and security. Should a tenant’s requirement increase, our scalable solution enables them to take additional space as needed. The facility is able to utilize the multiple major fiber providers currently on site and benefits from the area’s most competitive power rates. The facility is currently 100 percent leased.

CH1 - Chicago, IL

Located in the western suburbs of Chicago, CH1 is one of the Midwest’s most sophisticated and efficient data centers. The facility is constructed in two phases of 18.2 MW of Critical Load each; Phase I was delivered in August 2008, with Phase 2 delivered in February 2011. Clients are able to lease one or multiple dedicated computer rooms each with independent redundancy and security. The property has multiple major fiber carriers on site and benefits from some of the country’s most competitive power rates. Customer requiring substantial office space can utilize the adjacent and exclusive 32,000 square foot office building. The facility is currently 100 percent leased.

NJ1 (Phase I) - Piscataway, NJ

Located in Piscataway, New Jersey, NJ1 is one of the largest, most sophisticated and efficient data centers available in the Greater Metro New York Area. Designed to LEED Standards, NJ1 brings a new class of data center to the market. The facility will be built in two identical Phases, each comprising 18.2 MW of critical load. Phase 1 was delivered in October 2010. With its flexible and efficient design, customers are able to lease one or multiple dedicated computer rooms each with independent redundancy and security. Should a client’s requirement increase, our scalable solution enables them to take additional space as needed. The facility has multiple major fiber carriers on site and benefits from the area's most competitive power rates. The facility is currently 39 percent leased.

SC1 (Phase I)- Santa Clara, CA

One of the largest, most sophisticated and efficient data centers available in the Greater San Francisco Bay area, SC1 brings a new class of data center to the market. Designed to LEED Standards, SC1 Phase 1 comprises of 18.2 MW of Critical Load. With its flexible and efficient design, customers are able to lease one or multiple dedicated computer rooms each with independent redundancy and security. Should a tenant’s requirement increase, our scalable solution enables them to take additional space as needed.
